All goods sold are non-refundable, unless otherwise, stated below.
Our exchange policy covers all regular priced items and is valid for 7 days from date of purchase. Exchanges are strictly not allowed beyond the stipulated time period. Exchanges are only accepted for defected items or items grossly misrepresented in product listings. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in its original condition, with original tags and/or packaging intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the item(s) before removing them from the original packing. Contact us immediately if:
- You notice the original packaging has been damaged or tampered with; or
- You notice that the item within is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
- All sales items or items sold that may not come in mint condition are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable.
- Used and damaged items due to wear and tear are strictly non-exchangeable - there are no exceptions to this.
If you have received our product(s) as a gift and would like to exchange it for another item, please provide the original proof of purchase (or e-receipt).
For all exchanges to other available items of lower value, no refund will be given for the difference in amount. For exchanges to other available items of higher value, you will be required to pay for the difference in value.
Please note that all delivery, shipping costs and payment platform fees will not be refunded.
Once we have received and inspected your returned item we will inform you if the exchange is approved or otherwise.
