All goods sold are non-refundable, unless otherwise, stated below.
Our return policy covers all regular priced items and is valid for 14 days from date of purchase. Refunds and/or exchanges are strictly not allowed beyond the stipulated time period. Returns are only accepted for defected items or items grossly misrepresented in product listings. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, with original tags and/or packaging intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the item(s) before removing them from the original packing. Contact us immediately if:
- You notice the original packaging has been damaged or tampered with; or
- You notice that the item within is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
- All sales items or items sold that may not come in mint condition are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable.
- Used and damaged items due to wear and tear are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable - there are no exceptions to this.
Gift Exchanges
If you have received our product(s) as a gift and would like to exchange it for another item, please provide the original proof of purchase (or e-receipt).
For all exchanges to other available items of lower value, no refund will be given for the difference in amount. For exchanges to other available items of higher value, you will be required to pay for the difference in value.
Refunds
Please note that all delivery, shipping costs and payment platform fees will not be refunded.
Once we have received and inspected your returned item we will inform you if the refund is approved or otherwise.
All refunds will be processed and will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that the duration which the refund may take solely depends on the payment service provider and we do not have any jurisdiction over.
